About Driven Cellars

In 1997, over six acres of Primitivo grapes were planted on the property and the vision of DRIVEN Cellars began. The first bottling was in 2005 and the inaugural opening of the current tasting room in 2007. Bob and Desa were wine tasting in 2017 within Shenandoah Valley and were drawn to DRIVEN Cellars for the car theme. Falling in love with the wine profile and motif they became wine club members. Several years later, Bob expressed interest in purchasing the winery to combine their passion for delicious wines and collecting automobiles. The opportunity to acquire DRIVEN Cellars presented itself in September of 2022 and they have never looked back.
